Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn. Ability to work autonomously and self source solutions. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role. Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus. Native/fluent in English and French.
Responsibilities:
Drive growth through inbound and outbound prospecting to generate sales leads. Educate and develop leads via phone, email, events, and campaigns. Identify and understand lead generation processes. Generate email sequences and conduct cold-calls to penetrate accounts. Conduct follow-up calls and emails to set meetings.
