2-3 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn. Ability to work autonomously and self source solutions. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role. Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus. Native/fluent in English and French.
