Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant focus or equivalent experience 3-5 years of proven account management (and/or sales) experience Outbound / new business experience preferred Adaptable and can thrive in a fast paced environment Well versed in traditional methods of proactive account selling Creative Problem Solver & Strategic thinker Teamwork and Collaboration with cross functional partners Strong business acumen & conflict resolution High technical aptitude and clear communication skills Experience with Salesforce and Netsuite are preferred
Responsibilities:
Cultivate multi-threaded relationships within Book of Business Drive spend by owning expansions and overall growth Proactively pursue business development opportunities with existing clients Communicate applicable upgrades and upcoming product releases Responsible for all commercial needs and escalations of accounts Maintain and develop an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities Execute QBRs with key stakeholders Partner with internal teams to identify and mitigate risk Forecasting sales pipeline to leadership White spacing and proactive outreach into customer base Hunt for and engage new opportunities
