Requirements:
5+ years in a quota-carrying sales role Experience selling a technical product to both engineering and product leadership Bonus if you have experience selling collaboration or project management software SaaS and startup experience Comfortable working and adapting in a fast-paced and flexible environment Ability to understand complex client needs, craft tailored discovery, and drive sales through consultative approaches Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and product demonstration skills Highly autonomous with a bias for action Owner’s mindset to quickly come up to speed on product, market, ICP, and unique differentiators
Responsibilities:
Become a product expert and help customers use Linear effectively Assist prospects through the trial and evaluation phase Generate a strong pipeline and exceed quarterly and annual targets Build relationships with key stakeholders within accounts Understand client needs deeply and align Linear’s solutions to business objectives Shape decision criteria and communicate value proposition to decision-makers Be the voice of the customer and advocate for customers Surface product or adoption blockers to the product team Help build the foundation and define our enterprise sales process
