Manage and prioritize CEO's calendar/schedule Manage CEO's inbox, screening and responding to emails Provide executive administrative support for projects Coordinate adherence to deadlines and completion of special projects Develop and refine presentations Plan and organize meetings Sit in on meetings and report back to CEO Bid out vendors and negotiate pricing and terms Assist with development and preparation of various reports Compose, edit, and proofread correspondence, contracts, reports and/or presentations Update task management software for key action items Provide communication support across the practice area Compile meeting agendas and minutes Perform routine administrative tasks Read and analyze incoming memos and reports Prepare responses to correspondence Maintain strict confidentiality Occasionally interview candidates Perform various administrative functions as requested
