10+ years in product management Experience owning core parts of complex products 4+ years experience developing products in Capital Markets for investment professionals or workflow management products Hands-on experience prototyping 0-1 products Strong product judgment and customer discovery skills Experience building and leading product teams Ability to work closely with engineers and designers Comfortable operating in ambiguity, working asynchronously, and making decisions independently Favors speed over perfection and avoids analysis paralysis Experience in Capital Markets Technology and built products used by buy-side analysts and PMs Strong background in workflow products (Notion, Asana, Monday etc.)
