Proven track record leading product at scale (Director/Head/VP) in top-tier payments or fintech companies. Deep domain expertise in payments (acquiring and issuing required). Strong grasp of the full payments ecosystem including onboarding/KYC/AML, billing/settlements, fraud/risk, and remittances. Execution-focused operator who thrives in complexity. Credible leader with "been there, done that" experience. Experience scaling API-based platforms or embeddable services. Startup or venture-backed DNA with an entrepreneurial mindset. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Own product strategy and execution across acquiring, issuing, merchant onboarding/KYC/AML, settlements, fraud/risk, and platform services. Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch, focusing on outcomes. Scale and mentor a high-performing product team. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, risk, and business teams. Represent product externally with banks, processors, vendors, and internally with the board and executive team. Balance reliability and scalability with laying the groundwork for innovation.
