5+ years experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, Martech management, procurement management, or analytics roles with budgeting exposure Experience managing Martech portfolios and/or working with systems such as Marketo, Salesforce, LeanData, ZoomInfo, or similar Strong financial and analytical acumen, including experience with forecasting and ROI analysis Experience building dashboards or reporting methodologies using BI or analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus Strong program management skills and experience operationalizing governance frameworks Ability to interpret data and communicate recommendations clearly Demonstrated experience improving operational processes, reducing inefficiency, or optimizing cost structures Strong cross-functional partnership mindset Bachelors in Marketing, Operations, or comparable experience
