High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred. At least 4 years in a training, instructional, or leadership role. Experience as a heavy equipment technician, service manager, or similar role. Experience in people management or supervisory role. Experience in technical training and logistics coordination. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to lead, mentor, and support a diverse trainer team. Strong attention to detail with the ability to enforce program standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in training delivery methods and adult learning principles. Ability to be flexible and adapt to change in a positive manner.
