10+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, growth marketing or related discipline Proven track record of designing and executing lifecycle campaigns that deliver measurable growth Strong analytical and data-driven mindset Excellent cross-functional communication skills Leadership experience: comfortable managing and mentoring a team, writing playbooks and building scalable processes Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to prioritize, iterate, and pivot as business needs evolve Strategic, but also hands-on Experience in mobile-app based business (preferred) Previous exposure to win-back / resurrection campaigns or lifecycle re-engagement strategies (preferred) Familiarity with marketing automation tools / CRM platforms / lifecycle orchestration systems (preferred) Understanding of lifecycle metrics around LTV, churn, reactivation (preferred)
