Requirements:
10+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, growth marketing or related discipline Proven track record of designing and executing lifecycle campaigns that deliver measurable growth Strong analytical and data-driven mindset Excellent cross-functional communication skills Leadership experience: comfortable managing and mentoring a team, writing playbooks and building scalable processes Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to prioritize, iterate, and pivot as business needs evolve Strategic, but also hands-on Experience in mobile-app based business (preferred) Previous exposure to win-back / resurrection campaigns or lifecycle re-engagement strategies (preferred) Familiarity with marketing automation tools / CRM platforms / lifecycle orchestration systems (preferred) Understanding of lifecycle metrics around LTV, churn, reactivation (preferred)
Responsibilities:
Define and own the lifecycle marketing strategy and roadmap for growth-driving lifecycle segments Build a center of excellence for lifecycle practices Lead redesign of new user onboarding journey Create and execute resurrection / re-engagement campaigns Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, analytics, CRM, customer support Develop measurement and analytics capabilities Manage and mentor one direct report at launch; hire and scale the team Stay on top of industry and market trends for lifecycle marketing
