Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of BDR/SDR experience in SaaS or tech, preferably in outbound and Enterprise motion
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline generation targets
  • Exceptional phone presence
  • Strong proficiency with modern sales tooling (Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, sequencing tools, enrichment tools, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Outstanding English communication skills
  • High ownership mindset
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with "startup chaos"
  • Curiosity about immigration, compliance, and technology transforming legacy industries

Responsibilities

  • Own outbound pipeline generation for Enterprise territory
  • Identify and prioritize high-propensity accounts
  • Run high-quality multi-touch outbound sequences
  • Qualify prospective customers and uncover challenges
  • Partner closely with AEs and Sales Leadership
  • Execute strategic outbound initiatives targeting specific company types
  • Maintain clean CRM hygiene and reporting
  • Help shape the BDR motion
