5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Credit Control. Proficiency in ERP and collections systems (NetSuite and/or ConnectWise is a MUST). Experience with Centime is a plus. Strong Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and data analysis. Experience using CRM systems to manage customer interactions. Detail-Oriented: Able to spot inconsistencies.
