Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related fields. 1-3 years professional experience in a Startup environment. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication. Experience or background in the agritech space (Preferred). Proven experience in conducting sales activities and generating impactful insights in the startup ecosystem. Strong business acumen and a creative mindset. Excellent organizational, writing, and reporting skills. Self-starter, proactive, self-motivated, accountable, and transparent.
Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of assigned strategic projects from ideation through implementation and monitoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables. Conduct relegated sales/business development tasks in various portfolio companies. Work independently with minimal direction. Prioritize tasks effectively and meet changing deadlines.
