Located in Denver, CO. 5+ years of proven experience as a mortgage loan processor in a retail environment. 1+ year of broker processing experience. 2+ year experience with non-QM and non-Agency/Jumbo loan programs. Ability to calculate income for self-employed borrowers. Ability to pre-underwrite files. Attention to Detail. Organizational and Time Management Skills. Communication Skills. Problem-Solving. Analytical Skills. Regulatory Knowledge (TILA, RESPA, TRID, HMDA). Adaptability to changes in mortgage lending practices, technology, and regulations. Hands-on experience with loan origination systems and related technology tools.

Review and organize loan applications for completeness, accuracy, and compliance. Gather and verify required documentation. Run AUS and validate borrower eligibility for loan programs. Suggest alternative programs to the Loan Officer. Assemble and submit complete loan files to underwriters. Order appraisals and title searches. Act as the primary point of contact between loan officers, real estate agents, title companies, borrowers, and wholesale lenders. Monitor and track loan processing timelines and deadlines. Coordinate with title companies and attorneys to prepare Closing Disclosures and closing documents. Assist borrower with questions related to the Closing Disclosure. Address post-closing issues or discrepancies. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations. Update internal systems and client files. Ensure a seamless and positive experience for borrowers.
