Talent Acquisition Specialist - Specialty Veterinarians

4+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience preferred. Experience recruiting DVM Specialists (Diplomates), Residents, House Officers required. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, healthcare, veterinary medicine, or related field preferred. Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring for hard-to-fill professional positions. Strong understanding of recruiting best practices, employment regulations, and candidate relationship management.

Execute full-cycle recruitment for Specialty Veterinarians (DVMs), including Diplomates, Residents, House Officers, and Interns. Partner with Hospital Directors, Medical Directors, and hiring managers to understand position requirements and culture. Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies. Screen candidates through structured interviews and assessments. Manage candidate relationships and provide exceptional candidate experience. Coordinate interview processes and provide hiring decision support. Utilize Greenhouse to maintain candidate records and track metrics.
