4-6 years of Product Management experience in e-commerce or online marketplace environments. Proven success driving growth initiatives (traffic, conversion, retention, monetization). Hands-on experience with data tools (SQL, GA4, Looker, Amplitude, etc.). Strong understanding of SEO, product discovery, and site optimization. Bias for action and ability to operate independently and deliver results fast. Deep understanding of product development processes and agile execution. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
