Vice President, Global Manufacturing

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in electronics manufacturing Proven track record in contract manufacturing management Strong knowledge of manufacturing methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) Experience managing large, diverse international teams Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Demonstrated ability to drive change and deliver results Willingness to travel internationally (~25%) Flexible to work across multiple time zones Experience leading manufacturing transformations, plant startups, or global expansion initiatives (preferred) Extensive experience in contract manufacturing environments (preferred) Background in electronics industries, specifically payment hardware (highly desirable)
