Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Lifestyle Manager, or similar role Experience supporting senior leaders, high-profile individuals, or busy households Excellent organization and communication skills High maturity, sound judgment, and ability to manage sensitive information Willingness to be contactable outside of standard hours for urgent matters
Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO’s personal calendar, appointments, errands, and family-related matters Coordinate both personal and business travel, transport, and accommodations Handle day-to-day logistics such as meals, wardrobe prep, deliveries, and reservations Run personal errands and coordinate with household vendors or service providers Arrange gifts, celebrations, and family or personal events Liaise professionally with family members, external contacts, and personal networks Track personal payments, claims, renewals, and manage documentation Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times Occasionally assist with EA-related tasks (e.g., meeting prep, follow-ups) when bandwidth allows
