User Experience Designer/BA (English Speaking)

Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, Azure, etc. Critical Thinking - enjoys solving complex problems with intricate solutions Understanding of the core tenets of Agile methodology, and practical implementation needs Effective Communication, and ability to confidently present alternate suggestions to clients Expert at root cause analysis Understanding of core design fundamentals, especially as they relate to digital media Portfolio that illustrates your execution of User Experience Design into tangible final products Solid understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS, Javascript languages, etc.) (Bonus) Understanding of mobile first design, and difference between major mobile platform UI components and interactions (Bonus) User journey mapping, site path diagraming, and end-user testing methods are a plus (Bonus)
