End-to-end HR admin for France (DPAE, contracts, probation tracking, medical checks, statutory records, benefits administration). Guide managers through routine employment actions (contract renewals, probation decisions, role changes, leaves). Manage documentation, onboarding/off-boarding, and employee files for other European countries (mainly EOR). Act as the first point of contact for employees for operational HR questions. Prepare monthly payroll variables (hires, exits, commissions, time-off, leaves, allowances, benefits changes). Coordinate global processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes across multiple countries. Proactively follow-up with stakeholders and providers to keep processes moving. Maintain and update global checklists, templates, and workflows. Maintain clear and accurate employee data in the HRIS and connected tools. Run regular data audits and correct them to keep reporting reliable. Support on processes, workflows, and automations.
