Responsibilities:
Cultivate new relationships and attract transformational leaders for the Watson Institute community. Create a robust recruitment strategy including in-person and virtual engagements. Lead the hiring process for Impact Fellowship Preceptors and EIRs. Ensure hiring timelines are met and positions are filled with top talent. Conduct comprehensive data analysis on fellowship survey responses. Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations. Create data visualization dashboards and reports. Develop and implement a feedback loop system for Preceptors and EIRs. Design, build, and maintain a comprehensive talent database system. Create and manage a scalable system for all design resources. Serve as the primary owner of Watson Institute's Google Drive organization for Programs and Design teams.
