Manage the press inbox for PR pitches, media requests, and editorial submissions. Apply inbox management rules to filter low-value items and highlight priorities. Route outbound and inbound email communication with relevant context. Professionally push back on meeting requests and verify availability before confirming. Draft, refine, and polish email responses, including reviewing AI-drafted templates. Support calendar coordination, scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-ups. Assist with admin meeting rhythms, priorities, and backend structures. Provide ad hoc research and general administrative support. Ensure PR pitches, editorial submissions, and external inquiries are processed quickly. Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and strong judgment with sensitive information. Demonstrate high responsiveness with an expected 2-hour turnaround for key tasks. Integrate effectively with the organization as the communication hub for the Executive Team.
