Build strong relationships with clients, interacting live on a regular basis Build direct relationships with end customers of partner clients Evaluate relationship health, taking action to address pain points where necessary Ensure client outcomes are diagnosed, sized, and delivered where economically appropriate Identify commercial opportunities to expand Mitratech relationships Distill and deliver compelling insight from client data in presentation form Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual legal spend analytics reports as required by your clients Drive client adoption (e.g., Firm Onboarding, Web Training, Report Distribution, etc.) Own the resolution of operational and billing issues with the help of peers Identify opportunities for scalable reporting improvements and escalate them to product teams Maintain accurate records of client information, health, and account management activities Contribute to organizational and client awareness of trends in the legal and risk and claims industries Travel to client sites as needed
