Group Product Manager - Drug Pathways & Member Experience

10+ years of progressive Product Management experience, with a significant focus on data-centric, platform, or AI-driven products. 3+ years of experience managing, mentoring, and leading Product Managers or a similar cross-functional team. Experience in health-tech and/or pharmacy benefits environments strongly preferred. Proven success launching customer facing products and services with measurable outcomes. Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, and UX design. Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Strong analytical skills, leveraging user analytics and testing tools.

Define and lead the overall Product vision, strategy and execution for the Drug Pathways, Member and Partner Experience domains. Manage, mentor, and coach a team of Sr Product Managers. Oversee and ensure the execution of the full product lifecycle, working cross-functionally to guide products from discovery to execution. Support teams' PRD/UX design development through collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders. Define, collect, and track user, product, and business metrics across the Drug Pathways portfolio.
