Requirements:
- React & TypeScript Proficiency (Hooks, Context, State Management).
- Ability to build complex, custom UIs without relying on UI kits.
- Knowledge of how to structure CSS/Tailwind for scale.
- Understanding of the business and product mindset.
- Strong grasp of the DOM, browser APIs, and modern CSS.
- High Agency.
- Collaborative with Designers and Product Owners.
- Adaptable to changing requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Translate Figma concepts into interactive reality.
- Drive development of prompt-operated design tools and GenAI interfaces.
- Build new features that maximize user value.
- Own features from design review stage through to deployment.
- Build bespoke, performant UI components from scratch using React and Tailwind.
- Build interfaces that control AI models.
- Rapidly iterate on UI/UX experiments.
- Ensure rich interactions remain 60fps and snappy.
