Direct experience managing sellers who consistently carry individual quotas, ideally around the $2 million range. Deep, actionable understanding of the media buying landscape, including DSPs, programmatic advertising, and major platforms like Google, TTD and Amazon. Successfully implemented and coached a team using structured sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, MEDDIC). Analytical skills, using data to inform decision-making, track performance, and ensure accountability. Actively seeking knowledge and staying ahead of market trends.
