Requirements:
Proven experience leading and managing a sales team in the digital advertising, AdTech, or digital media space. Direct experience managing sellers who consistently carry individual quotas, ideally around the $2 million range. Deep, actionable understanding of the media buying landscape, including DSPs, programmatic advertising, and major platforms like Google, TTD and Amazon. Successfully implemented and coached a team using structured sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, MEDDIC). Analytical skills, using data to inform decision-making, track performance, and ensure accountability. Actively seeking knowledge and staying ahead of market trends.
Responsibilities:
Directly manage, mentor, and motivate a team of 4-6 sellers. Act as a front-line leader in complex deal strategy, pricing, and negotiations. Implement sales training frameworks to coach sellers. Own sales operations forecasting and maintain pipeline hygiene. Serve as a subject matter expert in the digital media ecosystem. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams.
