Experience in preparing payroll input for country/countries in Europe. Knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and social security requirements across EU countries. Proven track record of implementing cross-country people initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail, accuracy, and data confidentiality. Advanced Excel skills, Power BI or another tool would be an advantage. Fluent communication skills in English, any other language from Europe would be a plus (Germany, Dutch, Finnish, Swedish). Agile mindset and focus on automation and improvements.
