Payroll Operations & Compliance Manager

Experience in preparing payroll input for country/countries in Europe. Knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and social security requirements across EU countries. Proven track record of implementing cross-country people initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail, accuracy, and data confidentiality. Advanced Excel skills, Power BI or another tool would be an advantage. Fluent communication skills in English, any other language from Europe would be a plus (Germany, Dutch, Finnish, Swedish). Agile mindset and focus on automation and improvements.

Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution of payroll processes in Europe. Process payroll inputs monthly for multiple entities. Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries and issue resolution. Support internal and external audits. Prepare payroll-related reports and analyses. Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws, regulations, and tax requirements. Collaborate with the global payroll vendor, evaluating performance and ensuring quality service delivery. Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security for all payroll-related information. Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancing payroll efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on payroll-related inquiries. Drive automation projects for payroll and support Pay EU Transparency implementation.
