Requirements
- 5+ years in product marketing, solutions engineering, product management, or related role supporting B2B enterprise or SaaS GTM efforts
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts (APIs, machine learning, digital identity, fraud models) into clear, compelling messaging
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and cross-functional GTM teams
- Strong storytelling, writing, and presentation skills across both business and technical audiences
- Analytical mindset with experience conducting industry research and competitive positioning
- Proven success producing effective collateral, driving enablement, and contributing to high-impact GTM programs
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with experience producing technical content
- Experience using AI tools for content generation, research, and technical enablement is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop tailored value propositions, messaging frameworks, and solution narratives
- Craft compelling messaging that highlights differentiated technology and business impact
- Create and maintain enablement materials (pitch decks, solution briefs, battlecards, etc.)
- Analyze and document technical nuances, workflows, and architectures
- Conduct ongoing market research on industry trends and competitive dynamics
- Develop competitive positioning strategies
- Partner with product-aligned PMMs to ensure vertical narratives align with product capabilities
- Provide market-driven feedback to influence product development
- Write and publish technical whitepapers, blogs, and case studies
- Represent Socure in technical discussions with customers, partners, and at industry events
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate content production and insights
