Requirements

  • 5+ years in product marketing, solutions engineering, product management, or related role supporting B2B enterprise or SaaS GTM efforts
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts (APIs, machine learning, digital identity, fraud models) into clear, compelling messaging
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and cross-functional GTM teams
  • Strong storytelling, writing, and presentation skills across both business and technical audiences
  • Analytical mindset with experience conducting industry research and competitive positioning
  • Proven success producing effective collateral, driving enablement, and contributing to high-impact GTM programs
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with experience producing technical content
  • Experience using AI tools for content generation, research, and technical enablement is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop tailored value propositions, messaging frameworks, and solution narratives
  • Craft compelling messaging that highlights differentiated technology and business impact
  • Create and maintain enablement materials (pitch decks, solution briefs, battlecards, etc.)
  • Analyze and document technical nuances, workflows, and architectures
  • Conduct ongoing market research on industry trends and competitive dynamics
  • Develop competitive positioning strategies
  • Partner with product-aligned PMMs to ensure vertical narratives align with product capabilities
  • Provide market-driven feedback to influence product development
  • Write and publish technical whitepapers, blogs, and case studies
  • Represent Socure in technical discussions with customers, partners, and at industry events
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate content production and insights
