7+ years of experience in software development At least 3+ years managing teams Deep understanding of software architecture, APIs, and scalable systems Proven ability to make trade-offs between short-term and long-term technical needs Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and retain high-performing teams Ability to define a team’s mission and roadmap, aligning it with company-wide OKRs Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Experience in managing teams working on backend systems (preferred) Familiarity with domain-driven design and cross-functional software development (preferred) Proven ability to work with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders (preferred)
