Manage and improve existing integrations, ensuring perfect data flow and system functionality. Coordinate integration-related activities, including troubleshooting, documentation, and onboarding. Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Care, Sales, Support, Engineering, Partnerships) and external third party vendors to address technical challenges and implement solutions. Clearly document technical processes and improvements for all stakeholders. Participate in debugging and alignment calls, representing the integrations team and contributing to effective problem-solving. Prepare weekly reports on integration usage and performance. Contribute to the integrations team's roadmap, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
