1-3 years of experience in a sales development or business development role, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology industry Prior team leadership experience (1+ years) leading SDR/BDR teams Familiarity with both outbound and inbound business development tactics, and KPI’s Demonstrative executive presence and ability to influence at all levels of the organization Proven success aligning key stakeholders such as Marketing, Sales, Operations, and BD Self-starter with ability to function independently and in a timely manner Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, especially ransomware threats, is a plus Experience with CRM and Sales systems (Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, Nooks, Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, etc.) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Proven track record of meeting or exceeding team sales targets and KPIs
