Senior Engineering Manager, Creator Team

4+ years managing engineering teams delivering complex web applications 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience, including production work with React and Node.js. Proven ability to lead teams through ambiguous, high-impact projects with clear direction and accountability. Strong collaborator who partners effectively with Product, Design, and QA. Experience managing the full talent lifecycle: hiring, growth, performance management, promotions, and off-boarding. Skilled at setting expectations, aligning priorities, and maintaining sustainable velocity. Solid grasp of modern web technologies, system design, and API-driven architecture. Experience with data-rich, interactive applications or real-time collaboration tools. Familiarity with scaling performance and reliability for complex front-end systems. U.S. Citizenship required (clearance eligible), with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance (not required on day one).

Lead and grow a team of full-stack engineers building Onebrief’s core planning artifacts. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and QA to turn complex user problems into elegant, reliable, and performant solutions. Develop and coach engineers, raising the bar for technical excellence, autonomy, and accountability across the team. Scale the team by defining processes, boundaries, and ownership lines. Shape the technical direction, partnering with architecture leads to modernize critical systems.
