Requirements:
8+ years of UX/UI experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or a similar data-driven environment. Expertise in data-informed design focused on optimizing key metrics like conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per session. Mastery of Figma or similar wireframing/prototyping tools; fluency with Adobe Creative Suite. Hands-on experience collaborating with developers and executing A/B tests for CRO. Excellent communicator with the ability to present design rationale across technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities:
Deliver complete, test-ready user experiences from concept to dev hand-off, backed by A/B test results. Independently lead design projects across all stages: stakeholder alignment, UX strategy, UI development, and post-test iteration. Generate UX insights by analyzing behavioral data, metrics, heatmaps, and user recordings. Proactively improve underperforming experiences through iterative UX/CRO design. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders. Champion and mentor design best practices. Propose and implement design process improvements.
