North Carolina Bilingual (Spanish/English) Associate Therapists (LCMHCA)

Active, Associate clinical license in North Carolina (LCMHCA Only). Fluency in Spanish. Experience with telehealth. Experience delivering care to school-aged children and their families. Strong technological skills. Familiarity with EHR systems. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Availability for at least 15 hours weekly during peak hours (Monday-Friday, 2-8 PM). Optional weekend hours available (8 AM-5 PM).

Provide evidence-based teletherapy to students and families. Collaborate closely with school counselors and other providers. Build trusted relationships with students and families. Provide psychoeducation and support to parents and caregivers. Participate in case consultations and clinical team discussions. Contribute to the on-going development of Daybreak Health’s clinical programs. Attend weekly 1:1 and group supervision.
