Deep understanding of optimizing new business and upsell win rates and ASP. Familiarity with leveraging AI and automation tools to improve sales efficiency, personalization, and operational scale. Strong operational instincts: setting clear metrics, driving accountability, and refining systems. Exceptional communication and leadership skills. Experience leading AE organizations at a high-growth, Series B+ startup or scaling tech company. Background selling developer tools, infrastructure, or AI/ML technologies. Expertise in building talent development programs or performance coaching frameworks. Comfort operating in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
Responsibilities:
Build, nurture, and lead Account Executive teams for new business and upsell ARR. Lead and scale AE teams, fostering a culture of performance and accountability. Align with leadership on demand generation, pipeline goals, and forecasting. Coach and mentor AEs through a structured development path. Drive innovation in pipeline efficiency using AI-enabled sales tools. Build data-driven systems for forecasting, territory planning, and performance management. Achieve and exceed ARR and other set goals. Hire market-leading talent and ramp them up quickly. Inspire a culture of teamwork, transparency, and accountability. Take a proactive approach to performance management with clear expectations and feedback.
