4+ years in B2B SaaS growth, demand gen, or performance marketing Scaled a company before (ideally in e-commerce tools, Shopify ecosystem, or martech) Strong on paid acquisition fundamentals (Meta, LinkedIn, retargeting, lookalikes) Experience building affiliate or partnership programs from scratch Comfortable with cold outbound Fluent in HubSpot (or similar CRM) for pipeline management and automation Thinks in CAC, LTV, payback period, and channel contribution Bonus: worked with Klaviyo, Shopify apps, or retention marketing tools Ability to operate at both strategy and execution level Energized by early-stage ambiguity and organized chaos
Responsibilities:
Own the full demand gen engine for the Shopify ecosystem: paid, organic, affiliates, partnerships, cold outbound 10X+ customer count Deploy a $1M+ annual growth budget Run paid acquisition across LinkedIn and Meta Build and manage the affiliate program Oversee outbound and cold email strategy Work directly with Founders on channel strategy, messaging, and market positioning Hire and scale the growth team
