Minimum of 2 years SDR or AE Leadership/Team Lead experience with demonstrated track record of success exceeding quotas Strong hunter mentality Strong team mentality and leadership skills Experience establishing and fostering strong relationships with the eco-system at executive levels Strong presentation and communications skills Familiarity and experience using consultative, value-based SDR & sales methodologies (MEDDPIC, Sandler etc.) is a plus Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
