Senior Commercial Counsel

5+ years of post-education, full-time legal contracting experience as an attorney in-house or at a national/multi-national law firm. Deep experience supporting global B2B commercial Go-to-Market functions. Proven ability to work independently and own projects from start to finish. JD degree from an accredited law school and current Bar admission in good standing in the U.S.

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (SaaS/licensing, reseller/distribution, vendor/supplier). Guide company through commercial deal cycles and navigate procurement requirements. Develop and refine contract management policies, operations, and negotiation playbooks. Provide legal counsel for new product design/deployment and commercial/regulatory requirements.
