Strong technical expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Dataverse, Azure services, Dynamics SDK, and integration technologies (REST APIs, Logic Apps, SQL Server). Solid knowledge of Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Marketing modules. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps. Strong understanding of BPMN, UML, business process analysis. Expertise developing plugins, custom workflows, TypeScript/C# components, Power Automate flows and FetchXML queries. Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
