Requirements:
8+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Proven experience leading global CRM implementations in enterprise environments. Strong technical expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Dataverse, Azure services, Dynamics SDK, and integration technologies (REST APIs, Logic Apps, SQL Server). Solid knowledge of Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Marketing modules. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps. Strong understanding of BPMN, UML, business process analysis. Expertise developing plugins, custom workflows, TypeScript/C# components, Power Automate flows and FetchXML queries. Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. Experience with project planning and roadmap definition. Advanced English.
Responsibilities:
Lead the Americas CRM team in delivering integration and customization solutions on Dynamics 365. Make architectural decisions for CRM workflows, custom entities, data models, and integrations. Oversee CRM integration with external systems. Collaborate with the Global CRM Governance team. Ensure high development standards and act as a technical mentor. Guarantee compliance with multilingual, performance, and security requirements. Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards. Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps. Provide hands-on guidance to developers. Translate functional specifications into technical designs. Develop plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and UI components. Ensure alignment between technical design and CRM architecture guidelines. Drive improvements in CRM usability, efficiency, and scalability. Support global stakeholders by providing technical leadership. Optimize data structures and integrations. Lead the technical coordination of CRM development teams. Participate in requirement analysis, feasibility validation, and scope definition. Promote consistent adoption of CRM governance and development frameworks. Anticipate technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
