Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional/Technical Consultant Associate. Experience with Azure services and DevOps. Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems integration.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and optimize business processes to align with Dynamics 365 capabilities. Design and implement data management strategies including migration, cleansing, and governance. Develop and maintain system integrations using APIs, middleware, and connectors. Perform technical customizations using Power Platform, plugins, workflows, and custom code. Lead and support project management activities including planning, execution, and delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing problem-solving expertise. Document solutions, configurations, and user guides for stakeholders and end-users. Stay current with Microsoft updates, features, and best practices.
