Requirements:
+9 Years of experience in a similar role BS in Computer Science or similar Previous experience in Insurance (PLUS) Full English Fluency (MUST) Salesforce CRM Implementation Experience with any CRM implementation Experience with new technologies (AI, Automation) Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect. (Very Desirable) Certifications in marketing automation or agency platforms. (New technologies, AI, automation, self-service, agency on boarding) (Very Desirable) ITIL v4 certification (Desirable) Knowledge of contact center technologies and omnichannel routing (Very Desirable) Experience leading cloud migrations and modernization initiatives. Responsibilities:
Develop and govern the technical architecture roadmap for Distribution, Marketing, and Agency domains. Lead architectural design for Salesforce, marketing automation, agency management, and commissions platforms. Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI/ML models, RPA, and intelligent data platforms. Create reference architectures and reusable patterns for CRM, MarTech, and agency systems. Architect end-to-end solutions incorporating AI-driven personalization, automated workflows, data integrity, and secure integrations. Define modernization strategies for legacy systems. Lead governance sessions to ensure alignment with enterprise standards. Design intelligent solutions for lead management, campaign orchestration, agent productivity, and customer engagement in Salesforce. Architect platforms for segmentation, targeting, A/B testing, and real-time analytics. Automate agent onboarding, compensation processing, and service workflows using AI and workflow engines. Integrate predictive analytics, chatbots, and intelligent routing. Build unified data flows across Salesforce, MarTech, agency systems, and enterprise platforms.
