Design and develop complex physical architecture for specific system/platform. Review detail design and code for alignment to high-level design and architecture. Informally influence and solve complex problems for technical planning and architecture development. Execute POCs and pilots on platform to highlight business outcomes. Work independently with guidance on complex situations, including pilot execution and assessment of system performance, scalability, and health. Define and align system standards and principles. Lead or oversee complex or cross-functional projects. Manage relationships with vendors/contractors. Provide strong influence and accountability for vendor roadmap success. Design, build, and maintain end-to-end modernization roadmap from legacy to Guidewire Cloud. Translate commercial insurance requirements into scalable platform configurations. Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders. Establish and enforce standards for Gosu scripting, APD design, JDP UI/UX, and Guidewire data model. Oversee the design of robust integration layers using REST /Cloud APIs and messaging frameworks. Provide hands-on guidance to development teams, conduct code reviews, and lead troubleshooting efforts. Lead the technical strategy for migrating on-premises legacy policy admin system to Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP). Establish CI/CD pipelines, automated testing strategies, and observability frameworks. Optimize cloud-native implementations for high-speed, transaction-heavy operations. Design and implement 'Agentic AI' pilots, such as the Underwriting Assistant.
