Relocation Consultant (Part-Time) - Austin

Must have the legal right to work in the USA Must have at least 5 years of residency in Austin Extensive knowledge of the local rental market, education system, and local registration processes Must own a reliable, registered, and insured 4-door vehicle with a valid driver’s license Flexibility to dedicate at least 20 hours per week Part-time role averaging 20–30 hours per week Flexible and available to work weekends Friendly, outgoing personality, strong customer service orientation, and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Bachelor or Associate’s degree (or equivalent) preferred Extensive experience with technology tools such as Microsoft Office, Google GSuite, and CRM systems Must have a laptop, smartphone, and reliable internet connection

Develop strong relationships with relocating employees. Provide expert guidance on city neighborhoods, transportation, and local culture. Conduct housing and school research. Assist with essential services like DMV registration and banking. Curate personalized recommendations for social and lifestyle activities. Gather and deliver customized client information. Coordinate and lead area tours. Facilitate ongoing communication with relocating employees. Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the relocation journey. Efficiently manage multiple relocations. Handle administrative responsibilities.
