Requirements:
- Marketplace or eCommerce trading, category management, or product data operations experience.
- Deep understanding of product data structures, taxonomy, attributes, GTINs and GS1 standards.
- Hands-on experience with search systems (e.g., Solr), GMC, feed management and competitive pricing.
- Analytical capability with the ability to translate signals into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail with strong commercial judgement.
- Experience driving outcomes through others (not direct line execution).
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end governance of seller data quality across regions.
- Define and maintain taxonomy, category hierarchy, product mapping, and catalogue segmentation.
- Analyse visibility, search rank, competitiveness, conversion, GMC health, and availability.
- Improve search/browse relevance through data and mapping.
- Maintain accurate regional pricing and detect market misalignment.
- Ensure top brands meet standards for content, GTINs, and compliance.
- Guarantee catalogue compliance with Google Merchant Center requirements.
