Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent years of experience. 4+ years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience of high-tech products/services, preferred with or through Channel Partner ecosystems. Experience driving the sales process across internal and external teams (channel, engineering, marketing, field). Sales experience in relevant industries of backup, cloud, data center is a plus. Ability to pick up new technology concepts. Analytical thinker with proven ability to metric and govern. Experience with Veeam Alliance Partners. Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to present to groups.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for partner alignment, enablement, and performance in their territory. Articulate Veeam's solutions' business value to partners and customers. Collaborate with sales teams and partners to sell products and services via telephone and electronic methods. Achieve revenue targets and goals for the territory. Develop executive, sales, and technical relationships with resellers, distributors, and OEMs. Collaborate on territory plans for growth, enablement, and engagement. Recruit, train, and enable channel partners, focusing on run rate business.
