Troubleshoot CRM issues like data hygiene, broken workflows, and permissions requests. Partner with global BizOps team to scale and optimize CRM workflows. Run routine system audits, ensure data hygiene, and maintain accurate records. Document and update internal processes, guides, and playbooks. Support onboarding of new GTM hires on tools, processes, and best practices. Work with analysts and engineers on integrations, tooling updates, and system rollouts. Provide field-level feedback to refine processes and improve rep productivity.
