Requirements:
1-2 years of relevant experience in BizOps, SalesOps, RevOps, or similar roles, ideally in a SaaS or fast-paced environment. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (strong advantage for HubSpot). Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and comfort supporting distributed teams across time zones. Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple requests independently. Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills; ability to create reports or dashboards. Comfortable learning new tools, integrations, and systems quickly.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot CRM issues like data hygiene, broken workflows, and permissions requests. Partner with global BizOps team to scale and optimize CRM workflows. Run routine system audits, ensure data hygiene, and maintain accurate records. Document and update internal processes, guides, and playbooks. Support onboarding of new GTM hires on tools, processes, and best practices. Work with analysts and engineers on integrations, tooling updates, and system rollouts. Provide field-level feedback to refine processes and improve rep productivity.
