Requirements:
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant to a high-performing executive. Familiarity with Notion. Familiarity with Google Workspace. Familiarity with Slack. Proactive and able to work independently. Detail-oriented with a proactive communication style. Strong follow-through and ability to manage competing priorities.
Responsibilities:
Manage CEO's calendar and incoming requests. Coordinate virtual meetings across global time zones. Handle personal admin for the CEO. Manage all travel logistics. Coordinate inbound media and external interview requests. Support administrative processes like KYC documentation. Coordinate board meetings and oversee timelines. Own coordination of recurring leadership meetings. Publish the weekly Leads Digest. Maintain key operational rhythms. Support execution of company-wide and leadership events. Own end-to-end preparation of monthly All Hands meetings. Upload reports in the research portal.
