Principal Producer, Narrative - External Development

At least 8+ years of production experience in video games, focusing on AAA. Proven experience in developing and shipping AAA narrative RPG titles. Comprehensive experience producing narrative content end-to-end. Deep understanding of agile project management and software development methodologies. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience with internal and external development teams; distributed development experience is essential. Experience collaborating with narrative writers, editors, audio designers, and artists in an agile environment. Analytical, observant, and strategic decision-making skills. Expectation of international travel quarterly.

Lead narrative development and growth of the narrative team. Drive narrative production including story development, creative bibles, VO, cutscenes, and quests. Serve as primary production contact with IP partners. Implement the narrative vision with external development partners. Manage and optimize the IP review process. Oversee and enhance narrative production processes (planning, scoping, scheduling, roadmaps). Ensure clear vision and goals are communicated. Form and nurture high-performing teams.
