Requirements:
2–4 years of BDR experience in a fast-paced startup, ideally selling AI, analytics, or other complex enterprise products. Sold to enterprise communications, PR, or crisis management leaders and know how to speak their language. Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating qualified leads. Strong command of enterprise B2B sales strategies and value-based selling. Proficiency in CRM and sales tools, with a data-driven approach to outreach and reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Passion for AI, narrative intelligence, and reputation management. Ability to thrive in an early-stage, fast-growth startup environment. Willingness to travel for events, conferences, and client meetings.
Responsibilities:
Own the top of the funnel: prospect, qualify, and generate opportunities with enterprise-level decision-makers. Build relationships with senior leaders in crisis comms and PR, understanding their challenges and positioning PeakMetrics’ AI-powered solutions. Help drive attendance and represent PeakMetrics at key industry events and conferences. Execute structured outbound sequences via email, phone, and LinkedIn with precision and creativity. Partner with marketing, growth, and product to align messaging, optimize campaigns, and shape the voice of PeakMetrics. Track activity and progress in the CRM, delivering clear, consistent reporting on leads, conversions, and pipeline health. Share market insights and prospect feedback to help shape go-to-market strategy and product development.
