Strong written English communication skills Experience with Facebook groups or online community engagement Ability to send daily outreach messages and follow a structured workflow Comfortable responding to comments and starting conversations Must be available for daily check-ins and reporting Reliable internet connection and a working computer Ability to follow scripts and use basic tools (Facebook, Google Sheets, CRM software) Positive attitude, fast response time, and strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet weekly KPIs

Engage with local business owners across Facebook groups and online platforms Initiate conversations, respond to posts, and identify business owners needing marketing services Post daily in Facebook groups Monitor community posts and reply to marketing inquiries Send outreach messages using provided scripts Book qualified appointments Communicate directly with prospects in a friendly, respectful, and professional manner
