Familiarity with provider portals such as Chartswap (preferred). Background in healthcare operations, legal operations, or records retrieval services (preferred). Adobe Acrobat proficiency. Proficiency in PDF editing and document management tools. Proficiency in Email. Proficiency in Internal messaging tools. Proficiency in Internal admin or request management systems.
